Stanley Turrentine - Hustlin'

Part of the Blue Note Tone Poet Series reissues, this is just beautiful, rhythmic, and completely accessible jazz. If you're looking for an entry point into what can be a very intimidating genre this is a great album to include in your starter pack. Seasoned jazz veterans will find plenty to be excited about with this album too. Accessible certainly doesn't mean elementary. There's some amazing musicianship on full display here. Plus, it sounds amazing. Pressed at RTI on 180 gram vinyl and mastered from the original analog tapes by Kevin Gray. This is a home run no matter how you slice it.
