If your order is within that time frame we promise, we have you covered and there's no need to write us. We're the definition of a small business and our staff is essentially just me, Brian, and occasionally my wife Jess and the personal touch we give every order, including yours, takes time. But it's also one of the reasons so many people now call this record store home. We know a longer ship time may not be the norm in the "Amazon age" but we promise we're worth the wait.
